Villa Massimo accommodates up to four guests and is surrounded by a spacious garden. The garden features a well-equipped area with a gazebo, dining table, and barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and cooking. A highlight of the property is the private, panoramic swimming pool, which is fully fenced and secured with an entrance gate. The pool area is well-exposed to sunlight throughout the day and includes an outdoor shower, deckchairs, and sun umbrellas for relaxing on warm days. Adjacent to the pool, there's a cozy gazebo, ideal for enjoying moonlit evenings or providing shade during hot summer days. Additionally, the garden includes a safe playground for children to enjoy.
The interior of Villa Massimo is all on one level, offering ease and convenience. The entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living room, furnished with a dining table, TV, stereo, a sofa, and two armchairs. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both featuring ensuite bathrooms with showers.
