Grand and classical, the magnificent Villa Lucca lies nestled within the cypress trees high atop the hills above the town of Cortona. Although just a short drive away from the historic town center, its secluded location, and fully fenced grounds provide a luxurious sense of privacy and exclusivity. This immense villa is the ideal location for multiple families or large groups on their Tuscan vacation.
Villa Lucca features a large, crystal blue swimming pool, just beyond which is a long, regal outdoor banquet table, the perfect spot to enjoy poolside hors d'oeuvres or dinners, which can be prepared at the traditional outdoor grill built within one of the property's ancient stone walls. The garden offers manicured, green lawns, vine-laden wooden arbors, and, rare for Italy, a large outdoor jacuzzi for relaxing on a breezy night beneath the Tuscan stars.
The interior of this two-story villa has been fully renovated with hand-selected art and furnishings as well as all of the modern amenities for maximum comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas present myriad windows that look out into the garden and the bucolic forested hills beyond. The second floor is accessible not only via the interior stairway but also via external staircases connected to the upstairs bedrooms. With five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, Villa Lucca will be a great home base for you and your group on your Tuscan vacation.
