Located just a short distance from the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona in Tuscany, Villa Domenica offers an ideal destination for a memorable holiday. Situated in a flat and easily accessible spot, this property is a portion of a historical Leopoldina building dating back to 1700, which is characteristic of the Val di Chiana region. Careful restoration has preserved its authentic style, resulting in a warm and charming atmosphere with ample indoor and outdoor spaces and all the essential amenities for an unforgettable vacation.
This accommodation comprises a main villa and guest house accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary villa can host 6 people, while the guest house can accommodate 2. Outdoors, you'll find a delightful gazebo and a convenient stone barbecue, perfect for open-air dining. The pool area is particularly inviting, featuring ample space, deck chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor solar shower. The pool is open from April 15 to September 30 and benefits from sun exposure throughout the day. It is accessed via a gate and is completely enclosed. Furthermore, the entire property is fenced.
Villa Domenica boasts spacious and comfortable interiors. The Villa’s main building has two ground floor entrances. The first entrance leads directly to a generously sized kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and furnished with a dining table. The kitchen's convenient location allows easy access to the gazebo and outdoor barbecue. On the left side of the kitchen, you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa, satellite TV, and a DVD player. On the right, there's a second living room with sofas and a fireplace. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
An internal staircase from the living room leads to the sleeping area on the first floor. This level comprises a spacious triple room with a double and a single bed, a second double room, and a bathroom with a shower. Another double room with a private bathroom and a shower is also available.
Situated in front of the villa is the charming and comfortable guest house exclusively on the ground floor. It includes a kitchen with a dining table, fireplace, and seating area, along with a master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It’s a perfect spot for couples!
