Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, just 2 miles from the historic town of Cortona, Villa Amara offers a serene escape amid the vibrant greenery of the Tuscan countryside. This recently renovated villa provides stunning panoramic views of the valley and surrounding landscapes, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of rural Tuscany.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and leisure. A shaded dining area and a lounge provide perfect spots for enjoying the views, while the nearby swimming pool, positioned to capture sunlight throughout the day, offers a peaceful retreat. Upon entering the villa through the main entrance on the ground floor, you are greeted by a charming Tuscan-style living room, featuring a large fireplace, a Smart TV, and a cozy sofa that invites relaxation.
The ground floor also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals, alongside a separate dining room. The dining area features a stunning stained-glass window, allowing you to enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding hills as you dine. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
An internal staircase, as well as a picturesque outdoor stone staircase, leads to the first floor. Here, you will find a hallway with a study corner offering panoramic views of the countryside. The first floor hosts a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and another double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double upon request. This room also includes a bathroom with a shower.
From the hallway, a staircase leads up to the villa’s small tower, where the final bedroom is located. This charming space includes two single beds and a private toilet, making it a unique and cozy retreat.
