From the windows and garden of Villa Geno, you'll enjoy stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, including the hills of Cortona and Siena. The landscape bursts with scents and colors, culminating in unforgettable sunsets each evening. The spacious and refined garden is filled with flowers and features a small vegetable garden where you can gather herbs and seasonal vegetables. Surrounding the garden are classic Tuscan terraces for olive tree cultivation.
Villa Geno is an ideal base to explore the artistic and cultural cities of Tuscany and Umbria. With a beautiful swimming pool with Roman steps is sunlit all day and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool area includes an outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a pergola for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is a lovely porch near the main kitchen with a table and chairs for outdoor meals. Alongside the indoor kitchen, there is a comfortable outdoor kitchen complete with a wood-burning oven.
For children, there is a playground with swings, bicycles, a rocking chair, and a slide. A shaded bocce field provides fun for all ages.
Villa Geno, built entirely from local stone, embodies the great Tuscan tradition with beautiful ceilings featuring exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. The generous space is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay special. The villa spans two floors connected by a wooden staircase.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and two exits to the garden, including one to the porch equipped for outdoor dining. The spacious living room is decorated with a stone fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a desk. The ground floor also includes the first of four bedrooms, featuring two single beds (convertible into a double bed if needed) with direct garden access. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The second floor opens to a large hallway leading to the other bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms include a large double room (ideal for families as it can accommodate additional single beds) and a room adaptable as either a double or twin room. These two bedrooms share access to a large bathroom with both a bath and shower.
