Located on the second floor of a historic palazzo, Casa Vincenzo spans a single level and offers 200 square meters of space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The apartment features breathtaking views of Val di Chiana from every window, blending traditional Tuscan elements like terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings with modern design touches to ensure maximum comfort.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a small hallway that leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen on one side, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes. On the other side, you’ll access the dining room, which features a large natural wooden dining table. Continuing from the dining room, you'll enter a spacious living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and armchairs. The living room also includes a guest toilet. A few steps down, you'll reach the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with a shower.
